Gather your team online and learn how to make hand-rolled gnocchi from scratch! This cooking class is led by Home Cooking New York (HCNY), a Manhattan-based cooking school that has been teaching home cooks since 2002. You'll receive a shopping list ahead of time and cook-along with a chef instructor to make fresh ricotta gnocchi, classic marinara sauce, and tricolore salad. Using fresh ricotta cheese (instead of the more time-consuming boiled potato option), the dish is a snap to make and a great one to add to your dinner repertoire.
